Approach

I strive to help you overcome the challenges that leave them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure. Whether you're navigating challenges with partners, family, or friends, I often work with adults who felt like the peace keepers growing up, felt responsible for others, or learned to hide your own needs.

I work authentically to guide and challenge you. I understand the complexity of human connections and intersecting identities. My approach is relational and collaborative to help recognize patterns and alter them so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life.

I use a combination of approaches based on what may work best for your life and brain. This can include CBT (identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors), IFS (working with different “parts” of yourself to promote healing, balance, self-understanding, and alignment), EFT (enhancing emotional awareness and bonds, addressing attachment wounds), and ACT (increase internal flexibility and confidence while responding to challenges in ways that align with their values).

I often work with adults with emotionally immature parents, entrepreneurs, creatives, couples, therapists, and those whose paths don't feel like they align with traditional expectations.
