Approach
Hi! My name is Yujun, and you can also call me Stephanie. I believe that therapy is a place where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I aim to create a warm and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable exploring what’s been weighing on you.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My approach is primarily integrative, drawing from psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I am continuing to develop my clinical skills and expand my knowledge of different therapeutic modalities, with the goal of tailoring my approach to best meet each client’s unique needs.
I value authenticity and connection in the therapeutic relationship. Together, we will move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. I am here to support you in building insight, resilience, and a greater sense of balance in your life.
