Erin works from a relational lens and is interested in helping clients explore the experiences and relationships that shape their emotional lives. She believes that our relationships with others and with ourselves can deeply influence the ways we connect and move through the world. Erin aims to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring patterns, deepening self-awareness, and navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and compassion for one's self.

She is particularly drawn to conversations around identity, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth. Erin values approaching each client with curiosity and respect for their unique lived experience. Erin views therapy as a space for reflection, connection, and meaningful change, and hopes to help clients feel more empowered and grounded in themselves and their relationships.
